This Privacy Policy explains how Roldo Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you play our mobile game, PurringBlocks (the "App"), also referred to as "BlockMerge" in certain web versions.   • Leaderboard Data: Your username and score are processed to display your ranking on the public leaderboards.
  • Technical Identifiers: We (and our partners) may collect device-specific information like your IP address and Advertising IDs (IDFA for iOS / AAID for Android).

Third-Party Services

Our game uses third-party SDKs that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

  • Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. They may use device identifiers to personalize ads.
  • Unity Ads: Used for video and interstitial ads.
  • Google Play / Apple Game Center: Used for authentication and leaderboard services.

Note: To comply with EU law, we use a Consent Management Platform (CMP). You can change your ad preferences or withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time in the game's settings.

Google API Services User Data Policy (Google User Data Disclosure)

To comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we clearly disclose how our application interacts with your Google user data:

When you use Google Sign-In or Google Play Services within Purring Blocks, our application requests access to basic profile information, specifically your Google User ID and email address. We do not access your personal contacts, files, or any other sensitive data associated with your Google account.

2. Data Usage & Purpose (Uso de los datos y finalidad)

We use this information strictly for the following purposes:

  • Authentication: To securely identify you as a unique user inside the game.
  • Progress Synchronization: To connect with our backend API and save, recover, or synchronize your player progress across multiple devices securely.

3. Data Storage & Sharing (Almacenamiento y compartición de datos)

Your unique Google User ID is securely transmitted and stored on our remote servers to maintain your save files state. We do not share, sell, trade, or distribute your Google user data or any personal information to third-party services, advertisers, or external organizations.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, we process your data based on:

  • Contractual Necessity: To provide the login and leaderboard features you requested.
  • Consent: For personalized advertising (provided via the in-game pop-up).
  • Legitimate Interest: For basic game analytics and fraud prevention.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Since you are playing a game governed by EU law, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we have about you.
  • Rectify any incorrect data.
